La cardioneuroablación es una terapia emergente en el tratamiento del síncope neuromediado, que consiste en modular la respuesta autonómica para evitar una respuesta refleja excesiva y los síncopes de repetición. Esta técnica implica la ablación de plexos ganglionares mediante diferentes técnicas.
